Italian Meatloaf
This is my own invention. It simply derived from leftover feta cheese I did not want to throw out, and an abundance of sun-dried tomatoes.
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions (about 1 small-medium onion)
METHOD:
- Heat oven to 400F
- Cook for 45 minutes on a wire rack
- Allow to cool 10 minutes
- Slice & Serve with brown gravy
