Cheese Biscuits

These were found under Keto Cheese Biscuits.  They might not be the richer relative of other cheese biscuits but they are very good and very easy to make.


  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup light cream
  • 4 ounces (half stick) melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella
  • 1.5 cups almond flour


  1. Preheat Oven to 350F
  2. Wish two eggs and add light cream with melted butter.
  3. Once smooth, add baking powder, salt, mozzarella and almond flour and fold/whick until the dough is of consistency.
  4. Put into a muffin pan sprayed with olive oil and cook for approximately 25 minutes.
