Nero d’avola (Sicily) $9 [Bergen County NJ] This was not as horrible as I thought it might be. The imported wine without the imported price. The fancy cliche label was a sure fire signal saying “hey sucker, buy this to impress your paesans”. While it was fine on Thanksgiving day, the next day, less than 24 hours later it certainly took a turn for the worse.
